Managed services When operations isn't working and lift is needed to get a grip of the situation we offer our Managed Services. Customers ask for transparency, reporting, security protocols, internal routines, certificates and to meet the service level which you initially promised. These things aren't created out of the blue and need to go hand in hand with the contracts created with the customers. For a small-mid range size company this can be hard to meet. Many times we have done this the business case isn't clear. Organisations are not ready to spend the money on internal IT compared to what it costs to lose a big customer or two. Sometimes it isn't clear what downtime costs. It's not a matter of IT department will cost twice as much from now on. It's a matter of getting the right tools and routines in place.
